Winter Sparkle with Bulgari

I love to send home beautiful pieces to know that they will be loved and appreciated and will have a life outside the little glass cases in the boutiques. I genuinely ❤️ jewelry and fashion, and am constantly floored by the incredible pieces that I have the opportunity to handle and experience. There’s no better feeling in the world than sharing my joy and passion for the brands I work with, with other people and seeing them discover, learn about and fall in love with the pieces the same way I have.

And then there are times when I have to literally pinch myself because I can’t believe the things that I get to see and the pieces that I get to enjoy. This experience at the Bulgari boutique was one of those times. The sheer volume of high jewelry exhibited at the store was just beyond anything I have ever encountered! There were one of a kind jewels glittering from every case, paintings adorned the walls showing the new Barocko high jewelry collection theme, real flowers and plants sprouted from the walls creating the feeling of a private garden, and there was even a section of the boutique where the jewels were displayed under magnifying glasses with no cases to stop you from walking right up to them and feeling the fluidity of the pieces or the heft in your hands. I repeat, there was NO glass, I mean is that not the dream or what!? It was like walking into your own giant jewelry box and being able to play dress up with all the finest jewels. There was almost too much beauty to take in during one visit — which is why I visited multiple times, ofcourse!

My amazing Bulgari partner-in-crime and I were literally unable to contain our squeals of delight as we discovered and tried everything on, in true Hyde & Hudson fashion. We had the so much fun sharing these incredible creations with clients both in person and virtually. It was the best kind of welcome to the festive season and truly put everyone in a celebratory mood, during a time when we could all use some joy. These are the moments that I treasure dearly, and I love to share with my jewelry friends and clients.
