I had to post two posts about Paris because really how could one post contain all this beauty?! My trip was jam packed and we did so much exploring I wanted to cover it all. As I mentioned in the previous post we had the chance to go to Versailles outside Paris, where we spent the day wandering the grounds and the palace in the most beautiful weather. We ate at Ore, an Alain Ducasse restaurant that was absolutely divine! I highly recommend you make a reservation at Ore if you are planning a trip to Versailles, the food is wonderful, it overlooks Versailles and it allows you to skip the crazy lines that form to get into the palace!

We also visited too many museums to count, including the amazing Musée de l'Orangerie that houses many of Monet's large water lily paintings. There are rooms where the entirety of the curved walls are just covered with these canvases and it's just overwhelming to experience. I certainly intend to return the next time I am in Paris, which I hope is sometime soon!
